The internal jugular vein has several tributaries, including:

🟥 Lingual vein
🟥 Pharyngeal vein
🟥 Superior thyroid vein
🟥 Middle thyroid vein
🟥 Occipital vein
🟥 Vein of cochlear duct
🟥 Meningeal veins
🟥 Pharyngeal venous plexus
🟥 Sternocleidomastoid vein
The internal jugular vein joins with the subclavian vein to form the brachiocephalic vein. The blood collected from these vessels then drains to the brachiocephalic vein and into the right atrium.
